Gary Cooper School of Bail Enforcement started as a result of legislative actions toward the Bounty Hunter concept of rough cowboy types that were rugged and unprofessional. At Gary Cooper's school all participants will find up to date laws and innovative concepts in dealing with fugitives from justice in a non lethal and yet effective way. Biographical : Gary Cooper grew up in the Midwest and southeast. Gary is married to an educator named Susan with 4 children. He graduated from Franklin College and Memphis State University with a degree in economics.

He is the son of a police captain. Gary never wanted a law enforcement career but found the perfect way to stay involved when he encountered bail bonding. On February 7, 1997 he became a Certified Bail Agent (CBA) through the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) and on November 7, 1993 he achieved life membership status with the National Institute of Bail Enforcement.

Gary's greatest achievements outside of salvation through Jesus Christ has been the opportunity to successfully apprehend a three time serial killer, bring in over 1000+ fugitives without a fight, save a young boy from drowning, attaining a pilots license 1978, in March 1999 Gary was dubbed the ambassador for Gary Cooper the movie star by The American Movie Classics as he was flown to New York for the Grit to Grace series and appeared on the Today Show an Entertainment Tonight spot and opened the American Stock Exchange.

Gary has had several television and radio networks go to Thomasville, Ga. to do part of a interviews and documentary dealing with his innovative recovery techniques. You can see and hear excerpts from the radio and television programs here.
